½ Cup Icing Sugar |
Mix all ingredients apart from the chocolate and pretzels till doughy. Add more icing sugar if necessary.
Line out your pretzels.
Spoon the mixture onto the pretzels and press another pretzel onto the top of each. Freeze for at least 30 minutes
Melt the chocolate and dip or cover the pretzel sandwich. Freeze for at least 10 minutes before eating.
Enjoy your chocolate dipped peanut pretzel bites! I shared them around with the family and everyone loved them so give them a go.
